So I have been seeing this for a while now and never really knew what was happening but since it was minor I did not really care but I am curious if I am missing somwthing or if this is a bug. When facing a standard JMK team there are times where after CAT uses force leap Kenobi has his debuffs dispelled. I know that when an ally targets him with an ability he is cleansed, I know that if ashoka scores a critical hit she dispels a random debuff from an ally but neither of these things occurs. I only see this happen once during a single battle and thats during the initial force leap but I dont see it happening everytime which is even more confusing.For instance the battle I just did I have the DC where a scoundrel ally applies ability block on enemy they target so I mirrored a JMK turn order is as follows. Enemy JMK uses second special on CAT-> I do the same and with the DC CAT is called to assist and applies aboloty block on JMK-> enemy CAT uses force leap and the ability block is immediately dispelled from JMK. Am I missing something in the kit for why this would happen?Again this only happenes when CAT uses force leap and it does not happen everytime, which is more confusing. I see this happen when I use my JML as well

There was a scoundrel datacron that gave a bonus turn after a kill. After the CAT leap to kill GK, I would TM swap back to JMK which would give the cleanse.

I think its the lead from JMK and happens from the part with High ground. If he has it he will be called to assist as a GR ally use an ability. I assume they coded this action as ally targeting JMK to call him, this triggers the debuff removal from the lead.

Who else is on the enemy team? It's pretty difficult sometimes to determine what is happening on whos turn since turn meter gains are instantaneous. There are several variations of a JMK team at this point, some with Padme instead of Snips, some with Shaak instead of GAS - I think there are a lot more mechanics to look at than just JMK and CAT.

The one I faced today was JMK, CAT, ashoka, GAS, and GK. Turn meter gains should not be a problem since this happens in like the third or fourth turn of the matchFor instance, most matches go like this: either my JMK or enemy JMK goes first or second, then the third or fourth turn will be either my CAT or the enemy team CAT. I have only seen this dispel happen when the enemy CAT uses force leap. Even if somehow someone else would go how would a dispel happen? Ashoka can not dispel because GR cant be critically hit while they have protection up, a GK is not outrunning anyone else on the team he is the slowest and his dispel would be very noticeable since he would grant everyone else retribution, GAS cant dispel at all, a padme would not be able to outrun my CAT even if she was on the team.

You don't need the OP to record a video lol, just look at any video on YouTube where JMK faces a heavy debuff team (just to make sure there are any buffs to cleanse), and watch him getting rid of his debuffs when an ally does a non cleanse ability.

I've seen it happen more often than not when Ahsoka (Snips, not CAT) does her special. That's not a cleanse, yet JMK will lose the debuffs.

The ability doesn't have to be a cleanse ability for JMK to lose all of his debuffs ....

You went out of your way to mention that it wasn't a cleanse ability, that's all.... In looking through the kit I am not sure what could cause this unless it happens when he has the high ground? (Shouldn't happen according to the way it's worded)....

It was to emphasize it. If you know the kit well enough, you don't need me to explain it to you nor to mention the intricacies of it.

But for the sake of others reading this:

The interaction (that I think the OP is referring to) happens when an ally uses and ability that is not a cleanse and also is not a ability that allows you or the AI to target JMK (so he cleanses the debuffs via his unique).

That cannot be, in the first gif Snips is dazed and she doesn't lose it, so she can't call JMK to assist.

In the second gif, JMK loses his debuffs as soon as I click Padmé's cleanse, at that point, Snips haven't moved so she can't call JMK to assist.

In both cases, JMK loses his debuffs before anyone else, as soon as I clicked the ability (this is specially important in the second gif)
