Unlock all of the Episode Quests

Please have all of the Episodes unlocked and not on timers. Or, set the timer to game reset. I already completed GC and redoing it does not count. Now I have to wait until the next GC.

I don't really see the need to keep these achievements hidden behind a timer. Why not let us see what we will need to do in order to complete them, while still keeping them locked (not hidden) behind the same timer? The outcome is the same in that we can't complete them until the timer says, but at least we can hold off from doing something like GC or even invest resources in to characters if they're needed for achievements beyond the marque character.
