It was never arranged by power first of all. It was arranged by "all", whatever that means exactly. I know, as I would change it to power to plan for tw. That arrangement has not been changed. All they did was throw the favorites on top, to which makes perfect sense. I didn't like it at first either, but it's growing on me.
