The shard shop can't be refreshed. That's why 7* Vader is still not possible by any legitimate means.
I would think if there was a legitimate 7* Vader, not only would EA know, they would announce it and make a big deal out of it. Kinda like they did when Han was first unlocked. Odda are, anyone running a 7* Vader is not doing so legitimately. Again, contacting CG_Luciphers Daddy is the correct course of action.

Lol - yep. I'm a complete noob. Registered for the forums like a week after you did. Sorry for not being more clear - the shard shop can't be refreshed as a norm. Yes, it was an option for 2 days. But I stand by my point. If Vader - THE icon of the game, was at 7 stars, I would be very surprised if they didn't make a big deal out of it.
Heck, they posted an in-game congrats when a guild hopper unlocked Han Solo for the first time.
