Yep, Vader's basic always damages Jedi - can't be dodged or evaded and penetrates through foresight. It's a real two-for-one here. That's why I like using him, have his basic and specials Omega'd along with him at 6* and G10. Behind an EP lead he can be devastating.
Thank you for that insight! I had never realized nor considered this, since my main experience with vader/foresight is fighting rey in GW. Now I know I should roll him out against yoda too!
