Arc is a little late. Now that we levelled up BB we don’t need him for Kam anymore.
But I am assuming the devs probably think most guilds are moving to slowly in LSTB then they hoped and are trying to help encourage more stars.
I feel they over shot on that TB and can’t release more new content until we level up way more. Wasn’t a smooth transition from dark to light TB and they can’t find a balance for low and top guilds.
