Viewing roster details in locked-down GA is broken.
Depending where in the GA Event user interface you are you will either see the current state of the character or the state that was locked in for the GA.

Viewed through the event rankings UI you see the current state of the player's roster:
Viewed through the squad selection screen for defense placement you see the locked-in state:
But if you click in to the squad management UI you are back to seeing the current state:
And if you long-press on a deployed defendixng toon you see the locked-in state. (No I did not deploy Jolly Bendy here, I used another toon to re-check it)
It all makes for a confusingly poor user experience.
