Vote of No Confidence
At this point, I am formally expressing a vote of no confidence in Capital Games’ leadership. The ongoing issues surrounding Coliseum, Era, and the anniversary rollout are not isolated missteps—they reflect a deeper pattern of poor communication, lack of transparency, and an absence of accountability.
For months, the community has been met with silence or vague half‑answers on major system changes that directly impact player investment. CG leadership has repeatedly failed to communicate proactively, respond meaningfully to feedback, or acknowledge the consequences of their decisions. This anniversary—what should have been a celebration—has instead become a case study in how not to manage a live service game.
Players are confused, frustrated, and increasingly disengaged. If I were CG, I would be deeply concerned by how many long‑time players are openly considering stepping away because of the Coliseum and Era rollout. These systems were introduced with minimal explanation, unclear intent, and no visible plan for addressing the widespread issues they’ve created.
At this point, the problem isn’t the community. It isn’t the players.
It’s leadership’s refusal to communicate clearly, take ownership, and course‑correct.
Until CG demonstrates real accountability and transparent communication, confidence in their leadership will continue to erode.
