Wandering Scavenger shards

My sector 1 wandering scavenger only has Scythe and Ben Solo shards for sale. I was under the impression it should still have Trench and the Malgus ship, no?

I also thought that s1 should have trench and the previous one. S2-s5, fury-class and trench.
