we need guild requirements added to the game!

If you set your guild to private, random people cannot simply join your guild.

Then, it will be up to you (or whomever is in charge of recruitment) to find potential members.
You, the guild leader & officers can list whatever minimums you want and only choose people that meet those requirements.

My guild, as an example, we have a few minimums, 10+ million GP, 4+ GLs, 2+ GL ships and being able to deploy in TB without constant reminders. (Come on people, it takes 10 SECONDS to deploy for Sith's sake.)

I admit, that last one (in my guild) needs to be enforced a bit more forcefully, but it will be up to you to maintain whatever standards you deem important.
