Web Store Account Linking Issues
My account says it is linked in game, but every time I try to sign into the webstore, it keeps telling me to link my account. I know I am using the correct email and login because it is the same one that I have used for years. When I try to unlink my account in game to try to relink it, I get an error code 9.0 saying I am having connection issues, but my connection is fine. This has been going on for months now. But with the free Relic 10 pack only being able to be redeemed in the webstore, I need this issue fixed before that pack expires. I have tried uninstalling the game, logging out of my IOS account and gamecenter account and nothing fixes this. I have tried chatting with in game help, but I never get notifications for their responses and its an endless game of tag with responses coming days between each other. Please help.
