Webstore and in game store bugged

My in-game store has been showing bundles that are not actually available for purchase, such as a Conquest Ascension bundle that when clicked leads to an infinite loading screen. The webstore also does not display the correct bundles, like the LSBs recently. I am not able to be gifted anything, nor can I purchase anything on the webstore. Ally code is: 963-395-975
