Attempting to chat with EA led me back here so.....
First time user of promo codes on the webstore here. I was struggling to find where to input JEDITEMPLE for the free pack and ended up accidentally advancing to the point of purchase.
Hoping CG see this and decide to honor the spirit of the pack and refund me, even if only in crystals.
If not then it hardly incentives users like me to risk their clunky web UI !!!
Why didn't they just make the pack free like the daily chest ? 😭

I input the code and it still wanted my credit card info. Seems pretty scammy.
Same, ended up being charged. Couldn't find anywhere to enter the code.
Found it. you select the pack. on the right side of the little payment window there is a promo code. i still had to input a payment method but total did change to 0.00
Wait, you have to input a payment method? They're scamming us for credit card data that they can sell? Really, CG?
