Question

I can’t redeem the free daily rewards from the webstore on one of my alt accounts. They simply don’t show in the webstore.

There’s only these two things in “Your Offers”.
And the account is at level 85.

gonna jump in here cause i have a similar problem. i can't seem to find that galactic ascension mystery chest anywhere. my limited time offers look like this:

I can;t even get in the webstore, been moths now. EA Help, is well no help. You can't unlink your email address if it ever changes due to life changes, you are screwed
