Weird Battle in GAC - Leviathan vs Malevolence

I was using Leviathan vs opponents Malevolence. I was down to Hyena Bomber, vulture droid, plus summoned vulture droid. I'm 100% sure which vulture was which. I bring in Mark VI and nuke Hyena. I ...

I’ve seen similar happen in TB with the summoned TIE fighters to support Scythe.
This was before their recent fix of summons though.
Also believe I’ve seen similar lately with the summoned rebel under MM.

None of these two examples had any effect on battle outcome though and I expected them to be related to the recently fixed bug.
However if similar behaviour is still observed… interesting…
