Weird Battle in GAC - Leviathan vs Malevolence

I was using Leviathan vs opponents Malevolence. I was down to Hyena Bomber, vulture droid, plus summoned vulture droid. I'm 100% sure which vulture was which. I bring in Mark VI and nuke Hyena. I ...

Happens in ground combat as well with respawning summons being last on the field. Cost me a reva battle once when all jawas were dead and the summoned pirate jumped back in and one shot one of my siblings.
