Chancellor Palpatine ((Galactic Legend???) Neutral, Galactic Republic, Sith, etc

Best squads:

With sith, Vader/Mas Ameda(his blue assistant)/2 other sith or smthing

with galactic republic, GAS/Mas Ameda(changes faction with palpatine), 2 other republic

Basic: blue buff dependent (read unique 1). If GR, heal and call GAS and MAs to assist or smthing. If sith, physical damage

Special: Idk faction dependent 

Special: same as above

Leader: depends on buffs below. Gives mastery, max health, offence, some type of buff, etc

Unique: If all allies are galactic republic then gain chancellor (blue buff similar to Luther real with axis and curator). If all allies are sith then gain master schemer blue buff. Gains some stuff for either buff and other stuff. 

Unique 2: If buff is chancellor, summon royal guard (different to imperial royal guard. Give abilities etc. If buff is master schemer, summon clone trooper (order 66 w different abilities)
