Capital Games TeamA help chat that actually helps, doesn't take 3 days to reply and only says "i'll note this as a bug, generally you wont get a response, thanks for your feedback" or any other scripted dribble they post.
In the 9 years of so of playing this game I've lost track of how many titles I haven't got, or pages that have frozen or issues that don't pay out (recently the daily page isn't showing I'm complete).
Whats the point of allowing users to provide screen shot uploads if your not even going to do anything about it? None of these people that are on the other end ever do anything. I remeber a time, possibly in 2019 and 2020 crystals were actually provided as compensation in if you had issues and provided screen shots. Are you that tight as a game developer these days you can't fix errors? Cool lets get 3 chewie shards as compo a couple of times year. If your not going to actually refund or provide people what they got if they provide visual evidence, then get read of the help chat.
