Agent Kallus 100%, maybe Rukh second.
Really like all the smaller side characters from Andor too but I know it's a pipedream to get a Ghorman team or Wilmon or Bix.

  I think it would be cool to have 2 versions of Kallus, an ISB agent to add to the new ISB team and then a phoenix lifter version since cRex usually gets swiped for GL Leia teams
