I think ships need the most love. I'd love to see the TIE Avenger and the Fondor haulcraft from Andor. There's also a number of clone wars ships they could add (tri-fighter, Dooku's geo fighter, Ventress' fanblade for the Separatists + the N1 and a host of different Jedi starfighters for the republic).
From the imperial era, we still dont have a single A wing, nor a standalone TIE interceptor. Grand Inquisitor and Krennic both have ships as well.
Resistance fleets could benefit from a half dozen "hero ships" (like the Fireball) from the Resistance TV show. Would also love to see the Phantom for Sith Empire so that the TIE Dagger could go back to the first order.
Adding a Large slot to fleets could be fun as well; you could bring in a Rebel blockade runner or a Naboo cruiser or any number of ships too large to be a "fighter" but definitely not large enough to have a hangar bay.
