- Who else could it be if it isn't either of them?
- The saber is on the left side? Why would he(/she?) be facing away from the viewer in the full image? There's no way to know for sure of course, but I'd say the fairer assumption would be to assume it is a frontal image and the saber is therefore on the right hand.
- I often hold my phone, wallet, book, keys, even knife in my left hand despite being right-handed. Holding a lightsaber in your non-dominant hand means nothing, really.
*Edit* Of course, that assumes it is in the left hand. I personally see the cropped image as having been frontal, meaning the lightsaber is in fact in the right hand. Also, Nihilus is often depicted with his lightsaber in his left hand so he can channel force powers through his right hand.

Exactly, I'd say it's def a shot from the front and the saber is in the right hand.- http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Revan's_Sith_lightsaber
How many times do I gotta paste that link. Why is there still speculation. Look closely. It's revan. - i'd like to pretend it's neither, just to keep my expectations low, to be honest...
- Or... it was just an aesthetic choice by the artist? Its a game character.. not a real person haha
Sadly, it'll probably be some sith no-name to go with all the other random characters. "Shapelesscrabb;870739" wrote:

How do you reconcile the near-direct quote from Visas talking to Nihilus with Revan? How do you reconcile "residing in shadow and hungry for power" with Revan more clearly than Nihilus being a shadow form (ish) and being called the Lord of Hunger? I just don't see the text lining up with Revan whatsoever, at least not without being so vague that it could apply to any of the sith lords."Sleek_Viper;870753" wrote:

This. Artistic license is taken in comics all the time (and that honestly looks like a comic picture to me; even if it isn't, it's certainly drawn and therefore not necessarily going to be a perfect match for anyone's saber in a game or in the Visual Guide). There are similarities between the picture and Revan's saber, yes, but there are also similarities between the picture and Nihilus' saber, too. So we have to look beyond just the picture because it is inconclusive. And the text matches Nihilus to a "T".
Also, if you want to only look at the picture, then how do you explain the spiral curve on the hilt near the ring finger (area)? Revan's saber has no spirals, yet we clearly see one there. So the image isn't a perfect rendition of Revan's saber. The only way this can be explained is that artistic license was taken, and if that is the case then it can't be used to determine the sith in the image because artistic license means it wouldn't match up exactly.- braskmeNew SpectatorRevan would be great, though really any Sith would be welcome at this point. Hoping it's not just a reference to the Kylo rework - "he now holds his lightsaber in his other hand - Fixed!"
