What is Chirpatine?
I see it on the boards, but have no clue? Can somebody explain?

chirpa leader allows excess tm on basic. palpa can shock all the troopers besides the boss and then gain 100%tm on hit. AAT rocket trooper (p3) will counter, but this an okay way to score decently on that phase.
