what is happening - credits heist failed to show up

It is very simple, 29 mins ago i got notification from game that credit heist is online, so i killed app and restarted game - onlyest posibiliti to display new events - but yet i have no credit heist shown up. It was game notification wrong or it is oroblem elsewhere ?

give it 25mins. Credit Heist usually starts at 12:00UK/7:00EST
