What is the fastest way to gear up a toon?

Saving crystals for gear is decent, but even placing 1st every day, it'll take you 3 days for one piece, when you need 30 gear pieces.

There are 3 places to buy gear from. Some don't cost crystals. The fastest way is to use all available resources for gear. I didn't want to sound like a **** and just say invest $1000 in crystals and sim the **** out of gear farming

The only difficult gear to get sub g11 is cuffs guns carbonatis and holos. Those aren't available anywhere else except energy nodes and shipments (aside from carbs in challenges, but we need so many). So no, you can't use all available resources to farm difficult gear pieces that halt your progression. All other gear is considered easy to get compared to these.
