What will be FINAL TEXT?
Kenobi gains the high ground. All enemies including GLs and raid bosses are instantly defeated. In multiple wave battles, victory is achieved immediately."DarkHelmet1138;c-2182649" wrote:

And they add a "fatality" cut scene where he cuts their legs off, and lights them on fire."efazboka71;c-2182641" wrote:

But seriously, final text:
"I have the high ground":
0 cooldown
GL Kenobi waves his arms bragging about a non existant advantage, then walks away. Appears in your next battle as OB."Kyno;c-2182657" wrote:

You missed the part where he cuts off your legs and starts you on fire.- IchiraikouNew Spectator

let me settle this, qui-gon jinn used makashi so obi-wan used makashi when he was a padawan but makashi didn't have a defensive element so qui-gon died. Obi-wan switched to soresu after that. In the tatooine battle, obi-wan lured maul by assuming a makashi pose, but he switched to soresu when maul attacked
Again, Makashi is form II (Count Dooku literally has an ability called "Master of Makashi"). This form is very focused on lightsaber combat, so the idea that it doesn't have any defensive elements in it is laughable, as it was specifically designed to both disarm the opponent and protect the user against being disarmed. (thou all forms have defensive elements in them).
Form IV Ataru is very aggressive. It does indeed have more of a focus on offence than defence, but it biggest weakness was stamina. It wasn't suited for endurance battles (the exact opposite of form 3 Soresu in fact).
The pose Obi-wan assumes is the base pose of Ataru, which is also assumed by Yoda when he starts his fight with Dooku at the end of the second movie. - IchiraikouNew Spectator

What's about Ataru strike? I mean Both Obi-Wan and Anakin did it on each other.
It is better than Makashi stike, but even then Obi-Wan never mastered Ataru. Or at least not to the absolute peak of the form like he did with Soresu. But he does know the form and did sometimes use it (thou mostly as a padawan and when he was an old man. During the clone wars the only moment he used form Iv was against Dooku when they rescued palpatine. And even then that was more to give Dooku a wrong impression at the start of the battle.)
Also, Anakin Specialized in form V, specifically the Shien variant of form V. He only used form IV Ataru against Dooku in the second movie when he wielded both his own and Obi-Wan's Lightsabers, but wasn't skilled enough in it to use it with a single blade. I don't think there was another moment he used form IV Ataru, but not sure about that. - What kind of Form this is?
