Can someone explain what will be "I Have The High Ground"'s animation? Obi-Wan told it for once.
What will be FINAL TEXT?
But seriously, final text:
"I have the high ground":
0 cooldown
"0 cooldown", seriously?
@Kyno, it is a Ultimate Ability, which requires 100% Ultimate Charge."efazboka71;c-2182691" wrote:

Charge is built up by 25% each time an ally dies. *Allies cannot be revived- And yeah
"I Have The High Ground" can be added in Tier 6, GL Event "Sebek;c-2182683" wrote:

Lol Kenobi didn't even Use Makashi
Legends of Jedi says that the way Obi-Wan Kenobi killed Darth Maul is into Form III- Makashi
Still have suspection? You can see this video https://youtu.be/WP7sbwbIzks
He still Used Soresu, also this was like 2 Years before BBY not 19
@Sebek I think you are thinking Duel of the Fates on Tatooine. But I am talking about Duel of the Fates on Naboo. The way Obi-Wan stroke Maul is in Form III- Makashi.- Ichiraikou5 years agoNew Spectator

@efazboka71 you are wrong on so many levels here buddy.
First of all: Form II is called Makashi, Form III is called Soresu, and form IV is called Ataru. This is actually stated in the video you posted as well. But they are also reflected in the kits of Count Dooku, General Kenobi, and Grand Master Yoda, in case you'd like to verify with something else than that video.
Second of all: Whether you talk about their battle on Naboo in the fist movie, or their final battle on Tatooine during the star wars rebels series, in both cases Obi-Wan used neither Makashi, nor Soresu against Maul. He used Form IV Ataru. This was the style Qui-Gon used as well, and the style Obi-Wan was using while he was his Padawan. After Qui-Gon's death, Obi-Wan decided to switch to Form III Soresu and uses that form pretty much until the aforementioned final duel in the rebels series. - let me settle this, qui-gon jinn used makashi so obi-wan used makashi when he was a padawan but makashi didn't have a defensive element so qui-gon died. Obi-wan switched to soresu after that. In the tatooine battle, obi-wan lured maul by assuming a makashi pose, but he switched to soresu when maul attacked

Again, Makashi is form II (Count Dooku literally has an ability called "Master of Makashi"). This form is very focused on lightsaber combat, so the idea that it doesn't have any defensive elements in it is laughable, as it was specifically designed to both disarm the opponent and protect the user against being disarmed. (thou all forms have defensive elements in them).
Form IV Ataru is very aggressive. It does indeed have more of a focus on offence than defence, but it biggest weakness was stamina. It wasn't suited for endurance battles (the exact opposite of form 3 Soresu in fact).
The pose Obi-wan assumes is the base pose of Ataru, which is also assumed by Yoda when he starts his fight with Dooku at the end of the second movie. - What's about Ataru strike? I mean Both Obi-Wan and Anakin did it on each other.

It is better than Makashi stike, but even then Obi-Wan never mastered Ataru. Or at least not to the absolute peak of the form like he did with Soresu. But he does know the form and did sometimes use it (thou mostly as a padawan and when he was an old man. During the clone wars the only moment he used form Iv was against Dooku when they rescued palpatine. And even then that was more to give Dooku a wrong impression at the start of the battle.)
Also, Anakin Specialized in form V, specifically the Shien variant of form V. He only used form IV Ataru against Dooku in the second movie when he wielded both his own and Obi-Wan's Lightsabers, but wasn't skilled enough in it to use it with a single blade. I don't think there was another moment he used form IV Ataru, but not sure about that. - What kind of Form this is?
