What Maul requirements do you actually need?

I think I know the answer but would like an official one. I have a 5* Maul (Hate Fueled) so I would only need Vader at R6 to complete the remaining journey, but will I actually need all the toons at ...

I feel like this is a good question. I feel like there's a good chance the tier will simply remain locked until the requirements are met--which seems like a slap in the face if you've already got 5* unlocked and just need the last tiers to complete...

Its not, CG said the 2nd time around the requirments would be tougher to 7* him. Its not as if it takes away our 5 or 6 star unlocks.
You people really just like to whinge about everything, get a grip with your "slap in the face" stuff, to get him to 5* did not take a lot of effort.
