What, no freebie rewards?
So what determines when free stuff is given out. It seems like we get a few crystals or shards every couple of weeks for any "inconvenience." Honestly, most of the time I have no idea what happened to prompt that.
Just yesterday, I (and many others) were locked out of the game for several hours before arena payouts. This actually Did impact me directly, compared to some glitch I know nothing about.
So why doesn't that constitute a freebie compared to other issues?
