I could see some kind of unique (Fluent in 6 million forms of communication) that makes your leader ability affect all characters regardless of tags...for example a "Rebels gain X, or Sith gain X" now means "All gain X"...might be some pretty OP combos that could result from that, but it certainly would be a tradeoff if that was ALL he did :D
