So I love the mandalorians but I have to say, they are not a species. Or at least they no longer are. Mandalorian is the name of a culture originally fasioned after the Taung race. However they conquered so many races and included those races into their culture that they took over the name of their homeworld as the name for their people, Mandalore. But this is a great post :) and I am happy to contribute my top three.
1.) Bune - everyone wants to see Darth Plagueis... or maybe I just really really want to see it :)
2.) Changeling - to include Clawdite (as Zam Wessel could be marked) or the lesser known Shi'ido. Belia Darzu would be an amazing concept...
3.) Hutt - Dont even need to be a playable character per se. Howabout a "Benefactor" or call it what you want. provides an overarching benefit in all aspects of the game. i.e. Jaba as your benefactor uses "intimidation" to cause all transactions to cost 2% less. obviously excluding money/crystals transacations... or as a benefactor Mon Mothma is a tactician allowing you to swap any player/ship in a fight with any in reserves as long as the one being swapped out has not sustained over 3k dmg.
