See above post that I made. Try looking back at all past updates and see what time they were posted. 430PST at the latest. It's 620pm right now and no news. Also, do you remember ever opening your app and seeing a bunch of updates that weren't previewed ahead of time?
EDIT: I can see that a lot of times updates are posted same day as posts. However, historically we still know what's coming before those posts are made
