What's up with these new arena bundles
Are they getting ready to add anything to the arena awards? Because if they're not adding anything new the bundle seems pointless.

As stated, they are for new players and will be offered to all players when they unlock arena. In the interest of keeping things fair, they are offering them to everyone for a limited time.
