If you have a good crystal income you might also gave the option of buying those mats in the weekly shipments.
As to finding a guild for CPIT, I know there are some guilds out there taking in "smaller" players to help them get the mats. I here and there read some comments where they said so. Unfortunately I don't have any names. You can try the guild search here or on other platforms.
