Crazy. It's almost like feeding a faceless company absurd amounts of money when they don't communicate or provide regular content ENCOURAGES them to make minimal effort to correct things. You chose to dump hundreds/thousands on the character by choice. You're a grown up, so why not make a smarter decision, like waiting for things to settle before forking over a truckload of money for a new and shiny character?
