When is Snoke coming?

Why Snoke is no in the game yet? What are they waiting? Ruin Jonson killed him in tlj. I wanna see Snoke and his ship. You?

  • They are probably waiting until after episode 9 in case something big happens with his character. If he somehow comes back to life or something

I'd rather not, since his character ended up being a complete waste of time. I know Holdo and Rose are the popular TLJ characters to hate on, but Snoke's utter pointlessness really grated on me.
Snoke didn't show anything but he was essential to the plot. He's far from pointless. He was the reason Kylo Ren turned and destroyed the Jedi Order, he was the one that created The First Order. He was also extremely powerful who formed a mind bridge which was important to the story. Kylo defeating Snoke like that says a lot about Kylo too
  • Star Wars is fairly.consistent with keeping timelines flowing 1-directionally.

    Spoiler: Snoke isn’t dead

Hes at least half dead, or there are 2 of him now.

Snoke is dead. He can and should be in the game (eventually) because even if he wasn't in the movies much, he was in it longer and had more of an impact than Pao, Bistan, Lobot, or any Bounty Hunter not named Fett (and, arguably, just from the films--more than Boba Fett).

If you think the character of Snoke was a waste of time then congratulations on not understanding the movie and being mad about it.

By that logic we should have Jarjar Binks long before Snoke. :p

Correct. And we should have Padme before both.

I've not seen any film with Snoke in and from what I've heard I'm not interested. Pointless character...no back story...sliced in half to pointlessness.

Not pointless, just that quote-unquote "fans" don't want to see the point. Snoke isn't some grand villain, he's just the next guy up in a long cycle of next guys up that has been happening in literally every iteration of Star Wars--novels, prequels, sequels, series, comics, etc. The original Star Wars was revolutionary, but everything since then has been retreading the same ground just with different shoes. The broader point of Last Jedi is that we have to let go of the past if we want to move forward. Kylo's just continuing the perpetual cycle even as he's going on and on about breaking it.
  • Snoke is dead. Sliced in half, the room exploded if I remember correctly?

All in all, he is a nobody who "seems to have" done a lot. But still BAD character model, nothing interesting.

From what I read there's not really any point to see - that's what people don't like.

    They want to know more!

Snoke is completely dead but JJ can reverse that decision if he wants to. Personally, I'd prefer if he remains dead and they can do an anthology or something about him to expand on his character

Snoke is not Palpatine to expand on his character in the same manner like the latter (prequels), otherwise it'll just be another rehashed villain! Why wait for an anthology? They could reveal a lot about him in IX if they want to.
