When is Teebo's Stealth Going to get Fixed

This has been on ongoing bug, and I am beginning to think that the developers don't know about it. I thought I remember reading it was known, but nothing has been fixed for months.

Incase you don't know, here's the issue:

When Teebo uses his Ewok Scramble Tactics move, he gains Stealth. All good and dandy. However, if Teebo uses a move outside of his turn from Ally Assists or other multi attack moves, the Stealth counter can do one of the following:
- Disappear completely on Teebo's next turn, making him visible after one turn instead of 3
- Reduce the turns Teebo is in stealth by the number of assisted attacks made before his next turn.

The move clearly states that Teebo gains stealth for 3 turns, NOT 3 attacks. An assisted attack doesn't count for any other player as a turn, so why does it for Teebo?

I cannot do the amount of damage that I can potentially do because Teebo loses his Stealth too quickly and the Rancor gains a turn he otherwise shouldn't have gotten if Stealth was still active. This doesn't seem like a bonus attack, it seems like an attack with negative consequences. I don't need back to back 20% turn meter losses on the Rancor when I SHOULD be able to get 7 attacks, and then a 90% turn meter loss from the Rancor.

Please address this issue ASAP.

  • Teebo has been the strongest raid character since the beginning so a fix (which would be a buff) is not needed.
  • They said it was a problem with the entire stealth coding of the game. But i call B.S on that, seeing as Leia works perfectly fine.

In a nutshell, the issue is this: stealth doesn't stack. If Teebo is stealthed for >1 turns, and then his leader ability triggers on himself, the new stealth buff (1 turn) will over write the old (multi-turn) buff. This is actually a pretty complicated problem that Conduit has tried to fix several ways, but none of them exactly completely fixed the problem because of the underlying way stealth works in the game code. My preferred fix is to say that Teebo's leader ability just doesn't work on himself, but many have pointed out this would be seen as a nerf to a hugely popular and used character. So right now the answer is, we want to fix it. But it isn't going to happen without a client update, and frankly there are many higher priority things on the list. So, eventually. But not soon.

If making teebo's leadership not work on himself is a potential solution to this bug, then why not just have his leadership only apply to himself (or even all toons in general) when he isn't stealthed?

Is this a first official statement? Because if it is then it's well explained and understandable because of the way it works. This is an issue that's not easily fixed for sure so thanks for the reply.
