When should I farm mods?

Question

I have ok mods for 1 team and I have nearly 15 7* toons. I can farm full health, defence and tendency mods and can farm the second level crit mod.

Which mod should I farm for like Vader, boba, Anikan , ?

Oh boy. Farm 5* health mods to start with, get enough to give your entire arena team good 5* health mods, then go back to farming toons in cantina.
