When TB ends, will the next start immediately?

Is there any time between the end of this one and the start of the next? What window will there be for guilds to add new members going forward? We have a few guys that want to join my guild, after...

I agree with reducing phase time to the original time frame of 12 hours. I just wish the Dev's would've posted something today about when and what tweaks they've made to the next territory battles.
