When will new characters for GL Leia be available to farm?

Has there been any info of when to expect Princess Kneesaa to be available to farm? Or Scout Trooper? I can’t find any info so wondering if I missed it. I “hoped” Kneesaa would be available to farm at...

She already is available to farm… from a certain point of view.
