When will they make zetas reliably attainable?

The zeta challenge has dropped 2 zeta mats in the last 3 weeks for me. 2/36 is is ridiculous. If that rate continues, it would take about 7 months for one zeta if I keep getting shards instead of ze...

I know the people in my guild and most other posts I have read were using fleet store hardcore for gear and getting their zetas from ship challenge. My point is that just like when they made omegas more accessible, it's time to do the same with zetas.
