When will they make zetas reliably attainable?

The zeta challenge has dropped 2 zeta mats in the last 3 weeks for me. 2/36 is is ridiculous. If that rate continues, it would take about 7 months for one zeta if I keep getting shards instead of ze...

And there are 7 or 8 ships in the fleet store right now that I need to be farming so if I spend all my fleet tokens on zetas, I'll also fall way behind in the game anyway such as not getting thrawn's capitol ship because I don't have ghost and phantom. All I'm saying is there are too many zetas out now to not be offering more opportunities to get zeta mats. I am surprised anyone would argue against that.
