Where are Bane's fragments?

A few days ago I saw that in the conquest store Bane's fragments only appear for conquest currency and not for crystals, is that normal or is it a bug?

Normal. I think recent characters are not available for crystals (only for currency) until a few conquest cycles later

This. IIrc they will be available for crystals, when they are no longer in the reward boxes which would be after the next 3 Conquests.
