Where is Kir Kanos and Carnor Jax?

Light side Kir and Dark side Carnor, released in a two-part event, yes? We need some more Royal Guard goodness.

Thrawn is canon because he's in the Rebels tv series...the new book is canon also, but NOT the older trilogy books. I have no idea who those two characters you named are, but they're not part of any canon...

Nihlius isn't canon either. They aren't restricted to canon. That being said I have no idea who those 2 guys are lol.

True. But they are restricted to disney approval. My guess is that they got permission for the KOTOR game characters that they previously had rights to. So doubtful we we see any named character outside of canon or KOTOR games.
