Where is the refund of token of the last Ultimate journey?
During the last ultimate journey, there is a ''bug'' on the cap of token.
Capital Games fixed the bug after the ultimate journey but a lot of players lost cristals because they played the number of battle autorized by the normal cap (but more battle autorized by the bug cap)...the game has taken the cristals but have never given the ultimate token.
No communication given by capital game since two week on a refund of cristals or on a refund of the normal reward.
I'm just furious...
The community manager is always here to ask where we are on the conquest or ask us what will be our next farm...but now he is hidden when we have a real problem...We need him to play role of mediator!
Several people pay for cristals with real money...if a bug cost thousand of cristals, it's the same thing that it cost some dollar...it's a similar problem if we'd buy an object on internet, we'd pay it but we'd obtain no object....
A refund is mandatory!
The less that capital games can do is make an announce to say to us if we can hope that they will make the necessary.
