I mostly agree with the original list, would swap QGJ and Phasma for 5s and St Han; then IG-86 and Poe come next in line.
I would certainly keep Luminara in the top 10 and I think she's great with RG: yellow - taunt - heal - taunt again (and heal RG up to 3 times too). She's uber easy to stun though, and her block doesn't land as often as I'd like to.
