Eh, all they have to do is not raise the reward cap ;-) I’ve got no problem with them having the top reward point set well below maximum effort. If they scale the top so that more squads at relic don’t matter, the top guild leaders can calm the heck down about it, since more than 5 squads won’t really help, and everything else is for fun.
Mid and upper mid-tier guilds don’t usually pressure for individual squads anyway, because the try-hards drift upwards, leaving the semi-sane people behind.
