They basically did. The reason why they haven't done anything is because they don't want people to easily switch around their top 5 sets of mods. They want people to have to use a whole bunch of mods like TW were its suppose to lock.
Yes absolutely. But I don’t think they will ever really say that “officially” or can’t say that officially or what have you.
Not sure where they said it (not doubting just really not sure) but if it’s from the Q and A I remember Carrie A’ing a Q about changing arena times/time zones and she was like “no”
Not trying to be a stickler. Just if it’s no say no.
