Account banned (issue)

CG please do not unban cheaters. it only says they can cheat and its okay. cheating is the lowest as many put real money into the game and they are cheated out of rewards by these people. 

I would like to clarify that the ban was not the result of cheating or unfair play on my part. Unfortunately, my account was compromised by a hacker who used it inappropriately, including sending insults under my name. I deeply regret that this situation happened, but it was entirely outside of my control.

At the time, my account had reached over 6 million Galactic Power, representing more than five years of dedication, effort, and investment. Losing access to it because of a malicious intrusion has been extremely discouraging, especially after having invested so much into the game and community.

Today, after several years have passed, I kindly ask for a second chance. I am committed to protecting my account, respecting the Terms of Service, and contributing positively to the game.

I truly hope you will consider this request for reinstatement and allow me to return to the game I have greatly enjoyed and supported for years.

You're better off creating a new account. The game has changed so much, you'd be behind in your fleet shard and your roster would be outdated. 

The new game is very different but very friendly with all the quests and rewards it gives. You'd catch up in a year or two and be in a better position learning how the new teams work.

I will follow your advice then. Start 0 and if too long I will quit.
