Why 144 speed Baze goes before 263 QGJ?

I came across this in Arena. My QGJ has 233 speed + 30 thru his Zeta. However, enemy Baze attacked first (AoE) removing Foresight from all toons. He is only 144 speed. True, his unique gives him +5% w...

Yeah, seems like it may be a bug with Foresight. I've yet to do my GW, and have a 3* Baze I got from Shipments and Shard Shop, so I'll try and see if I can test it a bit.
