Why are Jedi Guardian and Counselor still wet noodles?

JC is okies in low level GW but besides that both JC and JG are noodles dipped in expired meat sauce from a dumpster. Please make them viable.

meh, pretty much everyone recognizes a stormtrooper, the others are probably more popular with fans though.
